大館Cantina Supper Club Menu🍽️

位於中環大館嘅意大利餐廳最近就推出咗全新Supper Club Menu🌝,餐牌只於星期五及六嘅9pm-12am供應,直至6月8號~ Supper Club Menu為$688,供兩位用,提供3道招牌菜及2杯cocktail/ mocktail,有興趣嘅快啲過嚟食一個高級宵夜啦😆 . 🔸Supper Club Menu🔸 🍝 Chef’s Crispy Lasagna : 呢個千層麵同平時食到嘅唔同,佢唔係千層麵搭住一層層,而係佢只得一層😂 因佢得一層,所以表面層麵焗得好脆口,伴埋邪惡嘅芝士同肉醬,夠哂滋味~ 🥩 Veal Milanese Cutlet “Elephant Ear” : 呢碟意式炸小牛肉好特別,因為佢似一隻大象嘅耳仔,所以就命名”Elephant Ear”🐘;小牛肉肉質軟薄,外層炸衣亦唔會好厚身,能夠帶出鬆脆口感,再加上迷迭香及檸檬汁,酸酸嘅味道唔會令炸小牛肉感覺好膩~ 🍓 Tableside Strawberry Tiramisu : 侍應即場推出trolley係面前即製Tiramusu,呢個Tiramisu冇加入酒精或咖啡成份,只係用上Mascarpone Cheese製成;口味就用上士多啤梨,加入大量士多啤梨果肉中和甜度,而手指餅沾上糖漿後仍然保留微脆口感,層次感豐富~ 🍸 Gin Gin (Cocktail) : campari, mancino vermouth, maraschino 🍹 Orchard Blush (Mocktail) : pink cabbage cordial, apple & english breakfast tea 🥖 Bread Basket 🔸Other Recommendations🔸 🦐 Sicilian Red Prawn Carpaccio with Lemon, Bronte Pistachio and Pomegranate Jelly : 薄切嘅西西里紅蝦,剁成蓉,口感軟綿綿,再配上石榴啫喱同開心果碎,帶出微酸同脆口嘅感覺,作為頭盤最適合~ 🧀 Homemade Tortellini Filled with Carbonara, Parmesan Sauce and Crispy Guanciale : 細細粒嘅意大利雲吞裹住Carbonara,侍應會喺你面前倒入濃濃又cheesy嘅Parmesan醬汁,面頭仲會灑上香脆嘅風乾豬面頰肉,提升層次感~ #UCreator#旅行美食#打卡美食#港島美食#CAFE#Foodie#假期推介#ucreatorhk
